Angel Policy

We want our stamps to be used and enjoyed. You may use The Sailing Pineapple®, digital stamps to create items for sale (not commercial sale).

Our Angel Policy is Simple!

YES, you may... 
Use our stamps for your personal use to make handmade items for yourself or for sale at craft fairs and boutiques as long as you don't make more than 10 of any one single item at the same time. 
You may use our digital stamps as embroidery patterns for personal use only.
Use our stamps to have fun and make lots of awesome creative projects

NO, you may not...
Use our stamps to make stamps, rubber, polymer, silicone or digital or any other type of stamp they invent. 
Use or stamps to make tags or other digitally colored art to display on the internet without a watermark.
Share our files with your friends or use them for image swaps. 
You may not resell our files. 
You may not change or alter our digital stamps in any way to claim them as your own.


Definitions:
Items for Sale: Handmade items, cards, scrapbook pages, ATC's, etc.
Commercial Sale: Anything that is mass produced to make a profit in a store or online venue such as a stamp company or scrap kit company.
